What do you do at ZALORA and how long have you been working here?

I've been with ZALORA since September 2022, and I serve as the key account manager for the renowned brand H&M within ZALORA Platform Services.

Building and nurturing strong client relationships is integral to my role, often involving proactive problem-solving and suggesting tailored solutions to meet their needs. As a key liaison between clients and our internal teams, l address any arising issues swiftly, facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution.

Beyond day-to-day client interactions and issue resolution, I'm deeply engaged in project expansion initiatives with H&M, where I serve as the project leader to ensure seamless integration of new services and offerings.

What are some of the challenges you face at work?

Navigating effective communication, both internally and externally, stands as a prominent challenge in my role.Internally, ensuring that all team members are aligned, informed, and engaged requires constant attention. Externally, communicating with clients, partners, and stakeholders demands clarity, responsiveness, and diplomacy. Overcoming these communication challenges is essential for maintaining productivity, fostering collaboration, and ultimately achieving successful outcomes for our projects and initiatives.

What is your biggest achievement so far at work?

One of my most significant successes is orchestrating the successful launch of our partner brand on multiple external e-commerce platforms. This endeavor involved meticulous planning, coordination with various stakeholders, and strategic execution to ensure a seamless and impactful launch. As the project leader, I collaborated closely with both internal and external stakeholders to strategize the launch plan, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both the brand and its customers.

This achievement not only demonstrated our team's expertise in e-commerce strategy and execution but also solidified our position as a trusted partner for brands looking to thrive in the digital marketplace. It was immensely gratifying to play a pivotal role in the brand's successful entry into these platforms and to contribute to their continued success in the online retail landscape.
